Can I try Haime before I commit?
Yes — the Free trial gives you 2 weeks of full Single plan access, with no credit card required. Start immediately and see Haime in action before deciding whether to continue.
What happens after the trial?
After 2 weeks, you'll be asked to choose a plan. If you don't, your account pauses — no automatic charges, ever.
How is 'per user' counted?
Any person who logs in during a billing month counts as an active user. Admins are included in the count.
What does 'fair use' AI access mean?
Fair use means AI usage appropriate for a normal working individual at that plan level — daily prompts, documents, analysis and so on. We monitor for usage that becomes extraordinary relative to a single person's work. Enterprise plans pool usage org-wide, which gives greater flexibility.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Monthly plans have no minimum. Annual plans are committed for 12 months, but you save the equivalent of 2 months compared with monthly pricing.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or public sector?
Yes — contact us to discuss. We work with Danish public institutions and offer tailored terms for qualifying organisations.
Is my data safe on Haime?
Yes. All data is hosted in the EU and never leaves the EU. AI providers cannot use your prompts or data to train their models. GDPR-aligned by design, with a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available on Enterprise plans.
How long does a demo take?
A demo takes 15 minutes. We show you the platform, walk through how it fits your setup, and answer your questions. You decide from there.

Do you work with public sector organisations?
Yes. We work with Danish public institutions and can offer tailored terms and a DPA appropriate for public sector requirements. Reach out to discuss.
How do I request a security review or DPA?
Select "Security review / DPA" in the form above. We'll send you our security documentation and arrange a review call with your IT or legal team. DPAs are included for all Enterprise customers.
I'm an existing customer, how do I get support?
Log in to the platform and use the in-app support. You can also reach us at support@haime.ai. Enterprise and Teams plan customers get priority support with faster response times.
